Frequently asked questions

Yes, small businesses can apply for tenders. They need to be registered in Qatar, QDB accredited, registered as a vendor at MoTC, and have a MOF classification certificate.

This can be achieved by participating in TASMU workshops, registering interest with QDB, develop partnerships and applying for QDB accreditation. This should then be followed by registering as a vendor at MoTC, acquiring MOF classification certificate, which will allow for a proposal submission. Once the contract is awarded, proof of concept and scale of the project will take place prior to the final delivery of the project.

Yes, tenderers can be awarded more than one project if they fulfill the tenders’ technical and commercial requirements.
